Let me start off by saying, this company knows what it is doing and if not they will find the answer. My refrigerator was not working and i didn't know what was wrong. This was before thanksgiving and i had family coming from out of town. James came to the house and diagnosed the problem. It turn out to be the compressor. James looked for the part and had to order it, but he worked his magic and found one. Instead of him telling me i had to wait for 2 weeks. He made the trip and i got my part that day!!! It was fixed and iam thankful that he did that for me. All i can say is thank you Mr. James for making my holiday a special one.
